Fulfillment Intelligence
Last-Mile Network Decision Platform for a Digital Pharmacy
Overview
Built a fulfillment-intelligence platform for a leading Mexican digital pharmacy that combines its observed orders with public census, business-directory and street-network data in one map-based workspace for delivery promise, dispatch, demand, supply and network decisions.
Highlights
- 01
Architected a Next.js 16 workspace with six decision lenses over one persistent MapLibre map (deck.gl for live dispatch), URL-encoded context and a server-resolved guided tour, evolved through versioned design contracts and six ADRs.
- 02
Modeled the service territory as H3 res-7 zones built from 66,311 census blocks and 13,168 health POIs, with a real OSRM drive-time matrix (4,851 node-to-zone pairs) adjusted for hourly congestion and an exact MILP (HiGHS) partner-selection optimizer.
- 03
Built privacy and data honesty into the design with k≥5 and secondary suppression, a Real/Estimated/DEMO label on every figure and build-blocking validation scripts.
