Led an evidence-disciplined research program defining the questions, data proxies and competitive position for an AI spatial strategist serving location-intelligence clients in Mexico and Latin America.

Produced a verified catalog of 20 high-impact territorial questions, 10 decision blind spots and a 30-row product matrix, contrasting ideal data with proxies available in Mexico for each question.

Built Python validators that trace 985 numeric mentions and 66 sources to their anchors, and gated delivery on independent methodology and report audits before compiling to LaTeX and HTML.
- 03
Compiled a 171-page European competition dossier that maps location-intelligence platforms, data providers and AI agents against a 25-capability taxonomy, with Latin American feasibility for each capability.
