AI-Assisted Distribution Planning for a Coatings Manufacturer
Overview
Built an AI-assisted territory-growth system for a Mexican paint and coatings manufacturer that crosses its commercial portfolio with territorial census data to decide which clients to convert, where to prospect and where to open flagship stores across 16 Monterrey-area municipalities.

Designed 10 decision modules on a shared MapLibre canvas covering competitive gaps, client-conversion priorities, 378 qualified prospects with weekly visit routes and 10 candidate flagship-store zones.

Built a dual-brain AI analyst (Claude tool-calling with a deterministic fallback router running the same tools), so every figure comes from code with a visible provenance class.

Froze the output of a byte-deterministic Python ETL as typed datasets with gated, explainable scoring, a machine-checked 10-scene guided tour and a 110-file Vitest suite.
