Overview

Built a site-feasibility dossier assessing a resort-city parcel in Mexico for a big-box home-improvement store, with every figure traced to its source, universe and cutoff date.

Highlights

1. 01

   Built a zero-dependency Node.js static report generator in which narrative figures resolve from a 45-entry approved figure registry and the build stops on missing inputs, broken references or contract violations.

2. 02

   Rebuilt the dictamen in Next.js 15 on the Polaris v2 design system with nine sections and a 30-card evidence ledger, placing a status chip (measured, modeled, estimated, declared, derived or no data) on every panel.

3. 03

   Georeferenced three map scales over Esri basemaps with Web Mercator arithmetic and engineered letter-size print CSS for a faithful PDF export through headless Chrome.
