Overview

Built a concept partner-intelligence platform that shows a global express carrier where to grow its partner network in Mexico City and which partners to prioritize, with explainable scores handed to the CRM.

Highlights

1. 01

   Built a 16-route React 18 and MapLibre GL platform spanning executive overview, network map, partner segmentation, white space, Go / No-Go evaluation and competitive intelligence, with 6 seeded demo scenarios.

2. 02

   Fed a deterministic generator with 165 public carrier service points and 856 competitor locations over a 2,452-hex market grid, tagging every card with one of four data-provenance classes so synthetic data is never mistaken for real.

3. 03

   Implemented a click-anywhere Go / No-Go evaluator that recomputes scores in the browser and reproduces 35 of 40 (88%) generator decisions, plus cannibalization from demand-weighted 10-minute walk catchments.
