Overview

Built a command-center demo that ranks a global parcel carrier's retail locations by recovery priority using only its location file plus territory intelligence and public signals.

Highlights

1. 01

   Built a 12-module React and MapLibre GL command center that ranks 14 public carrier locations in Querétaro by a Recovery Priority score combining demand, customer friction, competitive pressure, coverage gaps and public-review risk.

2. 02

   Pivoted the product to a location-only edition that asks the client for just seven location fields and derives every alert and recommendation from territory data, 32 competitor locations and aggregated public reviews.

3. 03

   Wrote a deterministic data generator with calibrated archetypes, Puppeteer capture scripts for the sales deck and a Spanish LaTeX platform guide that documents every figure shown in the demo.
