Overview

Built an AI report factory that turns a parcel picked on a city map into a grounded Highest & Best Use study published as a web report, PDF, narrated deck and advisory chat.

Highlights

1. 01

   Designed a data-driven registry of 23 report modules and 15 report presets whose web report, Playwright PDF and narrated deck all render from one immutable snapshot, keeping every surface consistent with zero database access at runtime.

2. 02

   Grounded Claude Sonnet 5 narratives behind a numeric firewall, a claim ledger and an anti-leak guard with deterministic fallback, validated by 15 custom eval suites on top of a 2,809-test suite.

3. 03

   Isolated a read-only Postgres source plane (three read-only guards) from a writable Drizzle state plane, ran a hurdle XGBoost land-use model in-process, and added a feature-flagged self-serve funnel with Stripe checkout, HMAC-verified webhooks and a SKIP LOCKED job queue.
