Overview
Built a password-gated short-term-rental intelligence platform for a Mexican state government that maps 42,357 vacation-rental listings to show lodging-tax gaps, tourism performance, housing pressure and competition with formal hotels.

Delivered an editorial insights tab and a map explorer with lazy-loaded municipal clusters and H3 heat layers over 42,357 listings in 10+ municipalities.

Sized the lodging-tax visibility gap on unregistered listings and tracked occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and available days by destination against official hotel statistics.
- 03
Built a resumable, idempotent Python pipeline that unifies rental and hotel supply into one accommodation layer, packed to stay under 5 MB compressed.
