Overview

Rebuilt a 29-page location-intelligence PDF as an interactive, password-protected web report that benchmarked two operating restaurants of a pizza franchisee against two prospective sites in southeastern Mexico.

Highlights

1. 01

   Structured the report for 10-second, 2-minute and 10-minute reads, leading with a per-site verdict built on a nine-dimension location-DNA benchmark drawn from the existing stores.

2. 02

   Added Leaflet maps for visitor-origin heat, AGEB choropleths by neighborhood and origin-destination flows over 5, 8 and 10-minute drive-time isochrones and 400 and 800 m walking buffers from a 32-day mobility window.

3. 03

   Protected the static site with a Vercel Edge Middleware gate that signs an HMAC-SHA256 cookie token and compares it in constant time, plus CSP, HSTS and noindex headers.
