Corridor Pick-Up Site Study
Mobility-Driven Market Sizing for a Consumer-Electronics Brand
Overview
Delivered an interactive location study for a global consumer-electronics brand's pick-up point on an industrial corridor in the Guadalajara metro area, sizing its addressable market across residential, pass-through and workforce demand.
Highlights
- 01
Quantified three additive demand layers: 50,970 target households in a 20-minute drive catchment (~312K people), pass-through anchored to official SICT TDPA 2024 counts (122,683 unique people per month) and 21,432 DENUE-declared jobs within 2 km.
- 02
Calibrated the device panel's expansion factors by socioeconomic stratum, traced pass-through origins nationwide and measured the airport-bound origin–destination share instead of assuming it.
- 03
Iterated the report through nine versions (v1.0–v1.8), root-causing seven numeric bugs and replacing a biased composite score with comparisons on homologous axes.
