Led development of mireporte.ai, a BlackPrint product that turns a point on a map into a frozen 25-section market study with ten data layers, a printable PDF, a folio and hashes of its sources.

- 01
Expanded coverage from three to eleven metro areas with per-city data contracts that fail the build on count drift, sha256 manifests for every source file and declared coverage gates.
- 02
Compressed the spatial index so eleven cities fit Vercel's 250 MB function limit, going from about 400 MB uncompressed to 149 MB for the largest function.
- 03
Recorded design decisions in 19 ADRs and kept a 5,043-test Vitest suite across 179 files green, including frozen golden reports per city.
